Welcome to Solution, the platform that connects startups, ideas, and people. By accessing or using Solution, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Solution" refers to the platform, website, and related services provided by Solution.

• "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Solution.

• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials submitted to Solution by Users.

3. Eligibility

By using Solution, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

• You will use Solution in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• Users must create an account to access certain features of Solution.

• Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

4.2 Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Users agree to notify Solution immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

4.3 Account Termination

• Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use Solution for lawful purposes only.

• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of Solution.

• Not post or transmit any Content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

• Respect the privacy and rights of other Users.

6. Content

6.1 User Content

• Users retain ownership of the Content they submit to Solution.

• By submitting Content, Users grant Solution a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the Content for the purpose of operating and promoting Solution.

6.2 Content Moderation

• Solution reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any Content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Privacy

Solution values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Solution's Intellectual Property

• Solution and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Solution, including all related intellectual property rights.

8.2 User's Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their Content but grant Solution the rights outlined in Section 6.1.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Solution is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Solution makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of Solution or the information, content, materials, or products included on Solution.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solution shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use Solution, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solution, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with their use of Solution or violation of this Agreement.

12. Changes to the Agreement

Solution reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of Solution after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solution operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
